Eligibility
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition: unworn, undamaged, with all protective films intact
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must accompany the return
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Prescription lenses (custom-made products)
- Items marked as “final sale” in product descriptions
Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for prompt processing.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Detroit facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We gladly exchange items for a different size (Big/Small) or style (Metal/Sunglasses) within the same price range. Follow the standard returns process, clearly indicating in your email that you wish to exchange and specifying your preferred replacement item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Allow 2-3 weeks for international returns to reach our facility
